  Love this Sephora, it’s huge, the staff are beautiful, HOWEVER, the environment iteself was hellish. The music was so loud I was yelling to an employee, and even she acknowledged how loud it was. It was also incredibly hot, employees were wafting their faces to cool down. I wldnt complain, expect these factors are controllable. Turn down the music and pls crank the a/c.

  I had my makeup done by Paola at Sephora Tysons and she was absolutely amazing. She did a perfect job — I loved the result so much. She is very talented, professional, and truly knows what she’s doing. You can tell she’s passionate about her work. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a flawless makeup experience!

  This store has a great selection of products! I’ve been needing some help finding a good concealer (figuring out the formula and brand that would be good for my skin type/tone). I specifically came to this Sephora location because I’ve heard they have a good variety of brands and products. I was disappointed by the staff’s help as they kept pawning me off to other colleagues and didn’t seem knowledgeable on the products in their store that would be suitable for me. I left without a new concealer even though I was really hoping to find one. That being said — if you know exactly what you want to buy, this Sephora is perfect. However, if you are looking for personalized and tailored guidance in finding the right product for you, I would go somewhere else.

  All of the employees at this location are consistently rude and unprofessional. They seem to have an attitude regardless of whether you’re making a purchase or a return. They roll their eyes, speak dismissively, and show little interest in helping customers. If you ask for assistance, they often respond by saying they don’t have what you need in stock, without making any effort to check or provide alternatives. Overall, the customer service here is extremely disappointing.

  I walked into the store at Tyson’s corner 1 mall, it was crowded! I was worried that I would spend a long time waiting for a representative to answer my questions about some specific makeup I was trying to get. I was COMPLETELY WRONG! Everywhere I turned, a specialist was there asking if I needed help, if I have any questions and they would walk me to the items I was asking about. They also suggest some trending products and had me try them on as well.😁 I must say the store was not short of merchandise! You can see in the photos, I have this lovely YSL liquid blush and lipgloss! 😊💕 Considering how busy the store was, the checkout process was also seamless! I forgot I even had points to get some form of discount and I was asked if I wanted to use them. I highly recommend this store! If you are someone who’s as busy as I am and don’t have a lot of time, but want to still get stuff done, you will be in the right place! Thank you to the specialist, Alma and Chichi for their kind assistance.💕🌺🙌🏽
