  the woman who cut my hair was very kind and considerate. she also cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. i left feeling very confident and no regrets of my choice to cut my hair there. amazing experience

  Tldr; Trenda adds a generous tip for herself when you go to pay and hopes you don't say anything. Avoid this Great Clips if that bothers you. Slightly longer version if you enjoy context: I went to this location the day before yesterday. I had Trenda. The interaction was a little weird; she was a bit snippy (no pun intended), but she apologized for it without me saying anything - maybe she had a tough day and realized how she was coming off, or maybe it's something she's working on. In any case, the conversation was generally fine and I wasn't really bothered. I went to go pay though, and it rang up as $19 for the hair cut. I was looking for the tip option and it didn't come up. I thought maybe I just had to add it on the paper receipt. She was taking a while tapping stuff on the computer, and then it came up as $26. I was confused but couldn't remember what the hair cut was supposed to cost, but that definitely seemed higher. It was kinda quick and in the moment I just decided to see what the paper receipt said before I said anything. She handed me it while drawing my attention to a coupon, and I glanced at it and she had tipped herself seven dollars, 34% of the cost of the haircut. She was quite generous to herself with my money. The funny thing is I was going to tip her a little more, but I was like whatever, your gross behavior cost you a better tip, that's that, and I left. However, driving home, it started to annoy me by how rude and obnoxious it was. By how casually she did it, and trying to talk about the coupon as she handed me the receipt while assuming I wasn't the type of person to fuss, I'm guessing this is very common there. I would suggest going somewhere else if you don't want to argue with Trenda about her helping herself to your money after a mid haircut. It was incredibly inappropriate behavior. If you do go here, double check your receipt.

  I have been a Regular Customer of Great Clips now just about since they opened up the Salon in the Kroger store Shopping center What used to be the Liberty fair Mall and I recommend anyone who is or happens to be looking 👀 for a new salon to get a GREAT HAIRCUT 💈 AND AT AN EVEN BETTER DEAL 🤝 I HAVE TO TELL EVERYONE GO GIVE GREAT CLIPS A TRY YOU WILL BE HAPPY 😁 THAT YOU DID!!!
