I previously had a wonderful appointment with Daphne in 2004 (she deserves 5 stars), which is why I chose to return. However, my last two scheduled appointments with a student, both within the past two weeks, were canceled. Today they didn’t even bother to call me… opting to let me know when i arrived. Consistency and reliability are essential for all professional services, and having multiple appointments canceled has made it difficult for me to continue as a client. Based on these recent experiences, I do not plan to return. For anyone considering this salon, I recommend calling ahead to confirm your appointment before arriving and never schedule with a student stylist.

She gave the absolute best shampoo and head massage I’ve ever had - it was magical! I really appreciate her attention to detail and how meticulous she was with making sure the cut was done well. It did not feel rushed at all. I love my fresh haircut and am so happy with every aspect of this experience! Definitely recommend Helen and I will be returning!
