Booked my appointment online and arrived to no greeting and people yelling across the salon as there was no receptionist and no system to check-in. Eventually the stylist I booked with yelled my name across the salon and proceeded to tell me she was overbooked. Obviously I am very confused as I booked an appointment online in advance. She couldn't take me later in the day or the following day, nor did she offer to have someone else take me. It is apparent that this location is extremely unprofessional and mismanaged. This is the 2nd time I have has an issue with this location.
