I went to this location for a quick cut since it wasn’t busy and accepted walk ins. They do not, I had to wait over an hour for an appointment that took about 5 minutes. Rush cut where they didn’t even shape up the front. Never going here again.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS HERE!!! The over booking and them saying they can take you at a specific time is real. I went in Saturday because they said they can take me at 5:00pm over the phone. When I arrived everyone acted like they never spoke to me and that they were busy. Not only did I tell them I can’t go unless I am taken at 5pm because I had dinner plans but I also had to ask the lady if she needed my name and number she still said don’t worry about it just come in I’ll take you. I asked “are you sure” she said, “yeah yeah just come “. I arrive and exactly what I told her of the phone that i didn’t want to happen, happened. This was just for a wash and blow dry. I already came here for my son’s haircut twice and they messed it up. They took clippers to his curly hair. It’s funny how they now updated their info to say they specialize in curly hair after him. Two different people and they still couldn’t trim his hair. We only wanted 2 inches off all the way around , no shape up or anything else. I gave them one more chance for my blow dry and they still managed to mess that up. Lady at the front tried to tell me because my hair was curly that it would be $70. My hair is thin and goes to my shoulders when curly. It literally only takes 20 minutes max. But after I told they lady that I’m not paying that much just for a blow dry , now she really didn’t want to take me. Literally a scam? NEVER AGAIN! DON’T FALL FOR THE COUPONS THEY TEXT AND EMAIL. They up charge once you mention it too.

Book online to waste your time!
I made an appointment online for a simple haircut at 5:30 and selected 'First Available' stylist. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, checked in and told to wait. 20 minutes go by (so it is now 5 minutes past my appointment time) when another customer comes in, apologizes that they are late for their 5:30 appointment, and is immediately whisked into a chair while I continue to cool my heels. When I asked why someone who arrived late was given priority over a waiting customer, I was told the stylist I selected wasn't available. I reminded the woman at the counter that I selected the 'First Available' stylist. She didn't have an answer for that and seemed offended that I was questioning her answer at all.
So do yourself a favor, don't make an appointment here.
