Now we are looking for other place. Yes, Amy took a little more time, but that time was spent where it mattered: attention to detail and finishing every cut with absolute perfection. Unlike others who rush to get you out in 15 minutes, Amy never left unfinished edges, sloppy transitions, or uneven sides. Sadly, Amy was let go because she cared. She cared enough to slow down and do the job right. It’s disappointing to see Great Clips prioritize speed and quantity over quality turning haircuts into “meat cutting” instead of craftsmanship. Sorry, Amy. I’ll be looking for you elsewhere. If I was the owner, I would have never loose my best performing employee.
