- MMMandi MuellerSep 4, 20212.0My sister and I visited this salon for an eye brow wax today. After I had my eye brows down, I looked in the mirror and noticed that they were not perfect, but figured I would just touch them up at home. When we were finished, we paid and tipped as normal. The price was well above normal for our area. When we left and walked around the store, we noticed our eye brows definitely did not look like sisters, but distant cousins... we went back within 30 minutes and were given the excuse that our eyes were not even... and that this is why they were not done correctly. At no point should the evenness of our eyes warrant the width of one eye brow being twice as wide as the other... They also do not use new sticks when dipping into the wax which is a health hazard. When I mentioned that, I was told the wax is hot enough to kill bacteria and that this is how the employees are trained... not true at all. Very disappointed in the service - ESPECIALLY since they are among the most expensive in lynchburg...

Loved every minute and even got to see some fantastic pictures of New York that Joan took while on vacation. I felt like family while I was there. Thank you ladies for a wonderful afternoon.
