However, several employees were standing around talking, and when I asked about getting a haircut, I was told they stop taking customers 15 minutes before closing. They were all cleaned up and packed up for the night. From my understanding, that’s not in line with Great Clips’ corporate policy. A quick haircut could have easily been completed before closing time, and I would think the owners would want to be aware that customers are being turned away while the store is still supposed to be open.
