- PHPaige HenryJun 4, 20245.0I came in to look at the hours and noticed all the bad reviews. I decided I would leave a good one as I have been to this Ulta 4 times since it opened and have never been followed around. I have been treated and spoken to kindly and my check out was great. I was sad to see the shorter hours as it is difficult for me to get to a store prior to 8pm and sad to see someone had just stolen almost all of the perfume samples. This is not the stores fault that there have been a large number of thefts and they should be mindful of watching the store. The last time I pulled up to that mall entrance a security guard was walking a small group out. If you look or act suspicious it gets noticed not just by employees and security. Be gracious in understanding they are trying to do their job. Im glad the Ulta is here and look forward to my next trip.

- AGAlex GoldenDec 3, 20231.0usually love this place, i went in there today to buy something for my birthday and we were all being stared at and constantly asked if we needed help by almost every employee. i was STILL being stared at by one employee when i left the store they stared at me and my friends the whole time and made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. isn’t ulta supposed to be judge free??? also the same employee pretty much kept following me around the store.

Returned this morning to grand opening and picked up the foundation on sale. The staff were all cute in their color coordinated outfits! So happy ULTA is here.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY BENEFIT BROW SERVICE?
Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
