  Shoutout to Naheed, the manager at Sephora, for being incredibly patient and kind while helping us locate our Kohl’s card when we didn’t have it on us. She went above and beyond, never made us feel rushed, and was genuinely so sweet throughout the whole process. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. Thank you, Naheed!

  Worst customer service I have experienced. I've been a few times hoping for an improvement but always leave disappointed. Staff is extremely rude and nasty. I would rather drive to One Loudoun where the staff is always friendly and helpful. New management and training is long overdue!

  They lacked a bit of stock. And I only saw one employee at a time when I think there were three. But I lnever saw more than one on the floor which caused a bit of a wait to ask a question and/or pay for your items. Maybe it was just a sudden influx of potential and actual customers showing up all at once.

  Ashton was super kind and nice and took 15-20 minutes out of her day to help. Very dedicated and thoughtful employee so I had to ask for her name.

  So I usually do not leave reviews but I felt like I had to. I am a middle aged woman with kids but sometimes I like to feel dolled up once in a while! Well when I went in to this Sephora in Kohls I have never dealt with a more rude woman. The taller lady with blue hair and glasses IGNORED ME then of course when I had a question brushed me off like I was bothering her. All I could hear was her and another coworker trash talking their manager. Wonderful. Management should know and take swift action as I took my money elsewhere. People are so rude nowadays, ESPECIALLY her. I will be going to the one Loudon Sephora to not deal with workers who are so nasty.
