Xong is the BEST!
P.S. Patrons’ children (10 And under) who visit this Franklin Farm location are consistently the WORST behaved visitors. Kudos to the stylists for their patience in dealing with kids who are left to run wild, try to sit and spin in empty chairs, and yell at ear-piercing decibels .
Sadly, these same parents are the ones who get annoyed when staff asks them to stop this dangerous behavior and to go sit in the waiting area.
It’s not a large shop and it’s such a distraction to the stylists and other visitors when this happens. I commend the Franklin Farm team for handling these situations so well.

Messed up my whole Hair - and my upcoming Trip.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience here today. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff’s personal conversations were a higher priority than the actual customers.
❌️❌️irritating conversation with each other- while cutting my hair- to loud and annoying ❌️❌️
The stylist cutting my hair and another employee who was just lounging in a chair next to us chatted loudly and continuously the entire time. Having someone shout stories right in my ear while trying to get a haircut is unprofessional and frankly irritating.
Because she was so distracted by her conversation, she didn't even look carefully at the design I showed her. She completely ignored the reference and messed up my entire hair.
If you want a stylist who actually pays attention to your hair instead of gossiping with their coworkers, stay away from this place.
Never ever go to this place

WORST PLACE EVER. I’d give 0 stars if I could
I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. I booked an appointment with Ann, but when I arrived I was told she had another client and someone else would take me instead, even though I specifically scheduled with her. That already made the appointment feel like it didn’t matter to them at all.
From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were giving me unfriendly looks and the overall attitude was dismissive. I didn’t feel welcomed or respected.
When I tried to explain the haircut I wanted, the stylist actually tried to shut me up and brushed off what I was saying instead of listening. I clearly asked for only one inch off, but she ended up chopping off a large portion of my hair. There was no proper consultation or confirmation before she started cutting.
While working on my hair she kept complaining about it, as if I forced her to do the service. I have a health condition that causes my hair to be thinner and my ends were a bit dry, and instead of being understanding and gentle, she brushed my hair aggressively while continuing to make negative comments about it. The whole time she was handling my hair roughly and complaining. Looking back, I should have stopped her right then when she kept complaining while brushing my hair.
I work in customer service, and I know this is absolutely not how you treat anyone who comes in for a service. Clients deserve to be listened to and treated with respect.
Now my hair is far shorter than I asked for and the cut is so uneven and awkward that I can’t even style it properly. Losing that much length when you specifically asked for a small trim is upsetting enough, but the way I was treated made it even worse. I actually left the salon crying because of how upsetting the entire experience was.
Overall, this was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional salon experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Based on how I was treated and the way my hair was handled, the experience was honestly atrocious and completely unacceptable.

Great experience! They were very flexible in modifying the package I signed up for to suit my needs. Great shampoo and style. Only thing that would have made it better is attention to the static in my hair when leaving.
