- MMmichelle4 days ago5.0I had no appointment I just walked in and penny took me immediately and I showed her a picture of what hair cut I wanted and she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable I naturally talk about just random stuff and penny was very patient and tolerant of me and my randomness she was great about asking about the length I wanted and the fullness I’m sure she cut 10-12 inches off easily and she was very helpful and giving me suggestions about this or that layers or no layers Penny is young and I am very old and she was so very kind and patient with me Yes I would highly recommend her and the salon all the stylist where and always friendly and make you feel at home and comfortable. Yes I will go back and request Penny she is the greatest to me.
