Penelope was my stylist today and she did a fantastic job on my hair rejuvenation and beard trimming. showed me some new products i can use for my hair and beard as well. i’m just a man, i don’t know these things. penelope was super thoughtful and careful and knowledgeable. would definitely come back

Brianna was lovely and took her time and put a lot of care into my haircut. I have thick hair so it can be a challenge even for the most advanced hair stylist but she worked through it perfectly. Even when others came in and were assigned to her she kept her head cool and continued diligently. I feel so much better and lighter after. Thank you again!

It’s very unprofessional when you book your appointment online with somebody to specific and they move you to somebody else who’s not as much experience as the person you booked because you know you’re picky with your haircut and everything so you want to be sure it’s done the way you like it and then you get your hair done and it’s not because they gave you somebody else Will probably never go there again because now my hair was below my collarbone and now it’s above my collarbone not very happy I asked for a half an inch to an inch off in layers and my hair looks like shit now

I was a walk in on Sunday and there were no clients at that time around 3:00 p.m. I was told to come back at 3:30 p.m. I waited for another 20 minutes for rude lady to come out and say she'll just have to wait a minute. At that point I did not want somebody with that attitude to work on my hair. I proceeded to state that I would come back another day which I will not ever. My advice to management is to train your employees to have people skills. They don't even write a one-star. They just lost a customerbeen coming there for years.
