My grandson could have done better. She put a bit of conditioner on the ends after halfway watering it. I specifically asked to use conditioner as the shampoo as I do not use shampoo. Didn't scrub anything, didn't even touch my scalp or my actual head. Patted dry the back, gave ME a small towel to dry more myself then checked me out. No other interaction. I've gotten my hair washed at many salons in the area and in other states. Never once have I had this sort of experience. I'll never return if this is how they now do business. Only $8 but that's no excuse. I only pay $7-8 elsewhere.
