She took the time to ask what I wanted and talked it through with me instead of trying to up-sell me on a cut that would be more work in the long run. She also cut my little sisters hair and was very patient with her trying to move around. Mckenzie did a wonderful job on fixing where my little sister cut her own hair!

She did a FANTASTIC job with my hair- it is EXACTLY as I wanted it. I asked for a lavender purple and while they didn’t have it pre-made, she perfectly mixed the color for me. If yall want beautiful fashion colors you should definitely see Sabryna!!

I asked for layers in my hair, but the cut I received only had layers in the back of my head while the sides were left almost completely untouched. Because of that, the haircut looked extremely uneven and not blended at all. When comparing the back to the sides, it was obvious the layers weren’t carried through the whole head, which made styling difficult and the overall shape awkward. I expected a professional layered cut but instead left with something that looked incomplete and poorly executed. I ultimately had to go to another salon to have it corrected, and in order to fix how uneven the cut was, they had to remove much more length than I originally wanted. I ended up spending more money to correct the haircut and still lost more length than I anticipated due to the correction. I hope the salon takes more care with future clients so others don’t have the same experience. Very disappointing experience overall.
