  I was satisfied with the service but when I gave them the promo code for some reason it wouldn't work and I paid full price. When I was told I would get 50% off. So I was disappointed.

  Brought my 87 yr old mom here for a long needed cut and color. Sheila was the bomb! She was kind, patient, offered great suggestions, and made my mom feel special. I would highly recommend her and plan on using her services again in the future.

  Alexandra absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the sweet greeting at the door, to giving me my favorite haircut! She made sure I was pleased and comfortable every step of the way! 10/10 will be back and will spread my happiness about my experience

  Was completely ignored by this staff when trying to get an haircut. Eventually I just got up and left even though I had an appointment. The impression I get is they don't care for cutting men's hair.

  I can't give ANY stars because my visit was so unprofessional and uncalled for. When a customer comes in and says they're embarrassed about what happened to their hair from the beginning, should be handled respectfully and professionally. No matter what the customer said. I was treated like I was dirty or uncleaned because I told her I WAS homeless for little, was unable to keep up my hair care so it got really tangled and matted do to the different hair products I was trying to use to get the tangles out. The lady who was gonna work on my hair barley touched or look at my hair to see what was going on. Made me feel like she didn't wanna touch my hair because I had said I WAS homeless and I was dirty. End up telling me that I had to shave all my hair off and get a wig. How can someone say that's my only option before even looking to see how bad my hair was or wasn't. I had to get up and leave the Hair Cuttery in tears. Meanwhile this is happening, my boyfriend was getting he's hair cut by another hair dresser. He got up and came after me and wanted to know what happened. So I told him what happened and he went back to the Hair Cuttery to ask the lady why she treated me like that. He might have raised he's voice little because he was upset about what happened but he didn't cuss or threatened anyone. Instead of calming the situation down professionally someone called the cops on him and had us trespassed. NO MANAGER came to me to ask if I was ok or what happened. No matter what was said or done, I feel like someone in management should of spoked to me. So I left feeling more embarrassed and upset about my situation with my appearance. Now I can't look in the mirror and feel like I gotta wear a hoodie/hat all the time because I feel ugly do to what happened at the Hair Cuttery. Im not expecting anything from Hair Cuttery but would have been nice to hear an apology!
