I booked services online and that was the only thing pleasant about my experience. I checked in on the tablet and waited in the waiting area for about 20 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. The stylist called me back and was not prepared to do the services. She trimmed only a centimeter of hair when I said I haven't had a trim in over a year, was just trimming random sections of hair, and asked me if I wanted to leave with my hair wet even though I booked a trim and style. I ended up leaving after the blow dry because I didn't trust her to style once I saw how my hair wasn't even trimmed evenly or in a shape. When I got in the car I noticed she didn't even properly wash my hair because there was still edge control on my edges and sideburns. The salon also smelled like the stylists aren't cleaning their tools or using oil on the hair before adding heat.

I don’t know her name but it was a Black woman that squeezed me in her tight schedule to take down my 2 MONTH OLD sew in, deep conditioned, washed, and blow dried flawlessly. Shout out to her!!

Wonderful experience! The stylist listened to me explaining how I usually wear my hair and what kind of style I was looking for. She asked questions to help find solutions to any problems or concerns I was having with my hair. She was very friendly and professional. The shop was very clean and the atmosphere was nice.
