  if I could get this place a negative review I will get I walked in and I was greeted by Samantha. She was really nice until Samantha and Cynthia and another worker who is an older old lady were the only stylist in there today which is very understandable. I did not have an appointment so I knew I did have to wait I sat there for about 30 minutes while Samantha and Cynthia had customers to have a left. They were cleaning off their work areas then all three of them proceeded to get in a little huddle and see who is gonna cut the next person‘s hair and I was the only other person. Cynthia looked very upset and pissed off the whole entire time. I was there and brushed it off and said that she was too busy to take the haircut. Samantha’s reasoning I’m not sure so they asked the other older lady who already was dying someone’s hair if they could cut my hair, she said it was fine and he sat down in her seat, she proceeded to be rude and asked me what I wanted multiple times after I was very stern and told her I would show her a picture. I just wanted my hair trimmed and long face firming pieces. She told me that would not look good and insisted that I needed layers. I did not want that so I said I would like nothing. She proceeded to say OK a straight flat cut and I said no I do not want you to cut my hair? She kept pressuring me and saying that she could do it then I proceeded to tell her multiple times that I did not want her to cut my hair. I do not want anyone to cut my hair and I would like to leave after about the fourth or fifth time saying I did not want anything she let me. if you do not wanna cut peoples hair or look at a hair salon, then don’t work there. You guys closed at six and made it seem like it was a hassle for one person to cut my hair. Hopefully management can do better.

  Did not follow instructions, despite having several photos for reference. There was a language barrier and she clearly doesn’t know modern styles. I wanted to cry as I left with my new stupid looking haircut. Will not return to Hair Cuttery

  My stylist was WONDERFUL! She took time with the consult and listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. Can’t wait to come back!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I showed a clear picture of the hair color I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like the picture. When we addressed the issue, the salon refused to fix it or give us a refund. I paid for a service I did not receive. Very unprofessional and unfair. I would not recommend this salon.

  Melany is great and awesome. I don’t usually go to salon but I will definitely come back here for my next haircut and will choose her again as my stylist.
