Most careless haircut I’ve ever gotten. Probably spent a total of 6 minutes in the chair. Granted, it was supposed to be an easy clean up— very low taper at a 1 and half an inch off the top. But within 2 seconds she hit me with a mid taper and cut off more hair than I had wanted on the sides of my head, so by that point it was too late to say anything. Wasn’t the most terrible haircut by any means, but it wasn’t what I wanted (showed pictures) and was uneven in many parts as well.
All it takes is an extra 5 minutes of care and attentiveness and you would have received double, triple the tip I gave. It’s not hard. Everything about it was reckless and careless.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I paid $170 for my hair, and I made sure to explain everything clearly before we started. I told the stylist that I have black box dye in my hair and that I didn’t want any red tones at all. I even showed her a picture of the look I wanted and a picture of my old hair, saying I didn’t want it to look like that again.
Before she started, I even told her that if my hair turned out exactly like the photo I showed, I’d happily pay for it but if it didn’t, I would be very upset. Unfortunately, it still turned out with red undertones, exactly what I tried to avoid. I explained everything multiple times, but it feels like I wasn’t listened to. For the price I paid, she said not to worry and stuff. I expected much better results and communication. I left really disappointed and unhappy with how my hair looks.
