I was very disappointed this time. My appointment was with the stylist who had cut my hair months ago. It was great then. Today I got there on time and she took me in. I told her it had grown a few inches since the last cut and it needed reshaping. She spent 5 minutes dry cutting my hair and asked if I wanted it washed. I said no. She then sprayed my hair and spent another 3 minutes blowdrying. I paid and left. I was in the chair maybe 10 mins total for $32.00. My appointment was at 3:15. By 3:30 I was out the store in my car on the way home. The cut is ok but the layers aren’t as blended in as they were before. It looks a bit choppy and I never saw the back of my hair. I don’t know what it looks like. She spent maybe a minute cutting the back if that. I felt I did not get the quality or time I paid for. These metrics may be good for you but you lost a customer. I’ll end up going elsewhere to have the large layers blended and smoothed out.

I paid $61 for a haircut and a small bottle of shampoo. Unfortunately, my haircut was terrible compared to what I paid for; everyone is now making fun of it.

I got a hair cut and even though I love long hair I divided to go short after realizing how bad my hair had so many split ends so I'm very grateful for these wonderful ladies who were able to welcome me into the salon for a walk in appointment. I got a butterfly cut and felt like a princess during the appointment. The ladies were kind and friendly and are very skilled. I felt absolutely beautiful afterwards.
