  I love this spa. Their relaxing area is very quiet and peaceful when you are in between appointments. Their changing area/showers are very clean. All the services I've had done here were amazing. I have gone back multiple times and will go in the future. I highly recommend them!

  I booked a couples massage for Valentine's Day. They assured me it'd be in the same room. I got there and the manager was very rude and obnoxious. She told me it was in separate rooms. She continued to charge me despite "their communication error" and said it wasn't her fault someone else communicated incorrectly. She said that it was my fault I heard wrong but said she'd still charge me. This was unacceptable and she was very rude. I was embarrassed and their service was horrible. I didn't take the service. The point was to be in the same room. Do not go here if you expect good service. Your response is untrue. Your staff was unprofessional.

  I was asked by Woodhouse to review them after my visit via email. Beware of bait-and-switch pricing. The cost of both services and amenities changed between the initial offer and the final bill. The staff also made the tipping process incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. 2 stars for the ambiance. I can not recommend this place.

  Woodhouse Spa in Gainesville is the absolute best and only place I will go to now for my massages. They are so professional, clean, and know how to make the entire process from start to finish a relaxing experience. Ive had a few different massages here, from regular to prenatal and they have all been top tier. I’ve been multiple times now and refer all of my friends to them. Every masseuse I’ve had has been wonderful, but I especially love Maura for a deep tissue! Worth every penny!

  Unfortunately I will not be coming back here for a nail appointment. That being said, we will enjoy their massage services since they seem to be highlighted more for that. I would just avoid here at all costs for nail services. The spa ambiance is super relaxing and was exactly what I was searching for instead of a routine nail salon, since there are less fumes, dimmer lights, more relaxing vibes overall, so I'll give it two stars for the environment being great. That being said, the nail services could seriously use some improvement. There is only one nail tech at the salon so coming with friends for a joint appointment isn't ideal and will be slower than elsewhere. She is very nice and sweet though. The gel color variety isn't very expansive but for it not being a nail-specific business, they are good enough. I paid around $90 with tip for my basic gel removal and manicure, it runs higher than a normal nail salon would, but a premium I'd pay for at a spa like this if everything went right. Less than a week after my manicure, chipping on one nail occurred, but it was negligible to notice, still bugged me though. Then just over 1 week into my manicure, two nails completely peeled off, and others chipping accordingly to the first nail that did. There was also bubbling present I noticed after I got home from the appointment. Usually my gel manicures last 3+ weeks, as they should. Deterioration in just a week's time from normal use is kinda ridiculous. The curing or nail prep was not done correctly for this to happen. I called within 9 days of my appt to notify the spa of this and request a refresh or a new manicure to no avail. The owner was supposed to get back to me, but I haven't gotten a call, and nobody has responded to the additional email I sent awaiting a response on this matter. It is sad because I was hopeful for this place to be a relaxing nail spot or have decent service. The single nail tech they have is out for a lengthy amount of time so a refresh wouldn't even be possible. At this point a credit or refund would really be nice. I'll have to go elsewhere this week to fix or replace this manicure already. Unfortunately my computer is not letting me upload the photos of my nails to go with this review, but I think the point comes across still. Lovely spa, just avoid for nail services.
