We would suggest each guest have their own individual credit card attached to their profile and services.

We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. We follow the below age requirement guidelines for our minor guests *Under 13 Years Old = Parent and/or Guardian over the Age of 18 Must be Present in the Treatment Room, Complete and Sign the Intake Form *13 to 15 Years Old = Parent and/or Guardian over the Age of 18 Must be Present on Spa Premises, Complete and Sign the Intake Form *16 to 17 Years Old = Parent and/or Guardian over the Age of 18 Must Complete and Sign the Intake Form

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Major Credit Cards, Traveler Checks, and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. Unfortunately, personal checks are not accepted. Woodhouse Gift Cards contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or spa series. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
