Stylist was rather quiet but I prefer that tbh. I requested heavy waves, and brought reference photos. The curls ended up very tight and spiraled, not a huge deal, I assumed there wasn't much control over how my hair took the perm. My biggest concern is that some of the curls have fallen out already. I waited 72 hours to shower, have not brushed my hair since the perm (I've only used my fingers and the recommended products I purchased at the time of my service) I use no heat, and shower with warm water. Im glad I tried the perm as I like my hair textured, but will probably seek a specialty salon next time and pay the extra money 💁♀️
