  Katie was fantastic. She was able to fit me into her schedule quickly and really understood how to cut curly hair. I would definitely recommend her.

  I was hesitant about making an appointment here - I’ve not really enjoyed my last few experiences at local salons - but I really needed a change and wanted my long, thick, gray hair chopped off. Everyone here was so friendly; and, my stylist Angel, did a fantastic job! She listened to what I wanted, provided her input and then made it happen. I absolutely love my hair now! Thank you!

  Emily is wonderful with my hair and with me personally. She offers warmth and kindness going beyond cutting my hair. My hair cut is always perfect, emphasizing my natural curls and jawline. I shared with her privately why I had been away for so long and she offered me the longest most empathetic hug. I truly needed it. You can’t teach empathy nor emotional intelligence. Emily showcases both naturally and to me, that is even more important than hair.

  The hair dresser was nice, polite. She did a nice job with color and cut. The only thing that did not sit right, was the push to re-schedule immediately. I have a very busy schedule and only had one of my calendars with me. She mentioned, the coupon she gave me for my color cut I may not be able to use if I don’t schedule right then and there. The pressure was totally unnecessary, I don’t know if it’s a corporate push, or from the local manager. But it left me feeling that though the experience of the color cut went well. I don’t like the pressure at the end and hesitant to return.

  We arrived on time and we observed her pleasantness with customer before us. We knew from that moment we would have a great experience. My mom mentioned her condition that causes extreme pain when her face is touched. Even air can cause he to have extreme facial pain. The stylist listened carefully to learn the triggers and took care with Mom. She carried on a pleasant conversation and asked questions to learn about our lifestyles and what we each needed from our hair cuts. The Stylist very carefully cut my Mom’s hair and made her look younger and fresher, without any pain! From the time I sat down she assessed my hair then began her magic on my straight, boring hair. She pulled out her magic tools and began the transformation! We both were impressed and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience! Our hats off to her!!
