I have thin, probably 2A curly hair, and I had just started embracing the curls when I first went to her, so I was looking for someone to give me a curly cut. She did amazing with the cut & my layers, and I’ve kept the same cut ever since. She’s helped me grow my hair and keep it healthy!

I was very clear about what we wanted: a #1 on the entire sides and back and to remove any chance of a bowl cut once the hair dried down. I repeated myself 5 times. To my surprise, the back was cut with scissors instead of clippers, and the bowl cut was still there—just trimmed. I had to ask her to go back and remove it, and instead of fixing it properly, product was simply added to mask the issue. Haircuts matter, especially for kids who already had a bad experience. If this isn’t something you’re comfortable doing, it’s better to be honest upfront. We could have saved the $40 and handled this at home. Won't return to this location or any Hair Cuttery in the future.

Angel has provided great care and valuable advice on hair-care products, as well as being very supportive -- although I've made it quite a journey for her... Strongly recommended!

She did a wonderful job and didn't try to push anything on me which usually happens because I'm just a plain Jane, simple cut, no frills kinda gal. I don't need highlights, color, or beauty budget and she understood the assignment and was happy to work on my hair, even though I wasn't a big spender. I will find out who she was and ask for her next time!!

They said come back the next day and they will try to fix it. I left there crying because of how bad they messed up my hair. I shouldn't had paid for it. Its very unprofessional.
