  My hair stylist Carol has quite the personality and makes getting your hair done like hanging out with family and she definitely knows her stuff when it comes to coloring.

  I came in for a trim as a walk in Sunday afternoon. Mercedes was so kind, greeted me, and took me back to her station. After getting shampooed she started to cut my hair when I began to have a medical episode which is normal for me but scary for others to witness or try to help. Mercedes and her co-worker were so comforting and took great care of me in a moment where if I didn’t calm down and get my breathing under control the next phase is my body locks up and I have to lay down until it passes while throwing up. I’m grateful that Mercedes was there. Also, after all that, she also was able to finish my trim. Thank you and please make sure that she is recognized for genuinely being a good person, she has restored my faith in humanity and Haircuttery should be proud to be represented by someone like her.

  I got a perm that is still going after a little more than a year. She had to use laser rods because I have very long hair. Wonderful job. Second takes my daughter here she has naturally curly hair and I need someone that knows how to cut her hair type.

  I was very unhappy with them allowing a stylist who was a beginner to cut my husbands hair she did not know what she was doing and should have had more training before being allowed to cut peoples hair for $32. nobody informed my husband prior to him sitting down that she was still learning it took 3 people to get him to a point of mere satisfaction, on the other hand Carrol (the boss)was very patient and understanding of his frustration and did everything she could to fix it to the best of her ability but he is still far from satisfied she did give us a discount for having to go through all that trouble but it should have never got to that point
