- AWAmber WasiutaMar 26, 20261.0Do not go here. Im shocked a haircut could turn out this badly from someone who is a licensed stylist. I even complained at first how uneven/choppy it was, she got defensive and started cutting more saying this is what I wanted. I left because I didnt want her to mess my hair up anymore. Im so dissapointed to say the least. I believe her name was Tia or Tina.

Having said that, I just went a couple of days ago and the lady who cut my hair did not listen to one word I said. I even showed her pictures. Now I have to go somewhere else and have them fix what she messed up. I should have said something then and there but I didn't want to hurt her feelings. I even gave her a tip when she didn't earn it. I'm very disappointed. I don't say things like this lightly. Chances are I will continue going to Great clips because again up until a couple of days ago I've always gotten excellent service and fantastic haircuts. I am just very disappointed with this last haircut.
- SAS AliMar 1, 20261.0I received extremely bad service. Black lady named Carnie Robinson was very rude and she was struggling right from the start. She used razor blade, scisor that were pulling my hair. Clipper was hurting my skin, and it appears that they do not even clean/sanitize between cuts. I had to stop her couple of times coz she wasn't doing it the right way. She was getting offended and upset that, why am I correcting her. I know from the start, she doesnt know haircutting. Instead of apologizing for messing up my hair, she was threatening me that she has video cameras that recorded me being offensive. What a joke, she messed up my hairstyle, pulled my hair and being so rude so rather she admits her fault and correct it, she is making customer never to return back again to this location. Its been years I have been going to Great Clips for many years but this was the worst experience ever. I registered my complaint to corporate office as well.

She has taken care of my hair.She gave me a perm.\nAnd everybody has been giving me wonderful comments and compliments on my hair. I was nervous today.I came in and I was getting ready to go in for a heart catheterization , she was very kind to me and I recommend her to all my friends.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
