- LDLindsey Davis1 day ago1.0my son got a haircut today like he usually does and this time his haircut was absolutely horrible! My husband usually takes him, and he always get the same cut, very low cut no fade just a regular buzz cut but today his haircut is so uneven to the point it cannot be brushed down in either direction to smooth it out. The person who cut it left way too much hair on the top and his hair is sticking straight up. I am so disappointed because this place usually does a wonderful job. The staff was also very rude when I called to complain about the haircut the receptionist said, "what do you want me to do about it"? What ever happened to customer service? I am very, very unhappy.

- KDKathy DoucetteNov 26, 20251.0I've gotten bad haircuts in my time, but the one I got this week was the WORST ever. I really tried to convince myself that it is only hair and will grow back, but I just want to cry. There is only so many times you can hear "what was he trying to do" and "it isn't that bad - it will grow back" before one realizes it absolutely, totally SUCKS - and right before Thanksgiving, so thanks! The guy cut my hair dry - which was my first red flag. Then he just started chopping without brushing out my hair to make sure it was even everywhere before cutting. I wanted about 1.25 inches off and layered -- just following the style I already had. He ended up taking off about 3 inches, gave me a flat top and bizarre sides. It looks like I have a square head. Everything is uneven. And when I say chopped it looks like I had a mental freak out and started hacking my hair. I couldn't have done a worse job. Don't your people have to pass quality assurance tests or something!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
