I went for a cut, wash, and blow-dry, and I loved the service. I'm Latina, and this is the first salon I've loved after living in this city for 10 years. The stylist, Erika, was a 10 out of 10! Acudí con fotos de referencia muy claras de tonos café y ceniza, pero tras dos intentos el resultado fue un cabello naranja cobrizo que carece de técnica. En la primera visita el trabajo quedó incompleto por la cual tenia que ir una segunda visita, lejos de corregirlo, terminaron de arruinar el tono. Es frustrante pagar por un servicio donde no saben respetar la paleta de colores solicitada ni logran acabados limpios. Muy decepcionada con la falta de profesionalismo en colorimetría."

Also not happy to hear you are going to start charging me a service fee to charge my services. Because of your piecemeal systems, I have to pay twice! Once for the service and again for a tip. And now you want to charge me for using a credit card for both? That's just narrow minded business management and only serves to piss off your customers. Providing multiple ways for customers to pay is just part of doing business.

When you walk in you really do feel like a good friend to them. Erica is above and beyond amazing! She has been my stylist through many phases of both of our lives and is super helpful and good at curating my hair care specifically to what I need at any given moment. I love the salon so much and I love Erica so much; I highly recommend you give them a shot if you are looking for a new salon/hair stylist. Your first visit is a consult and it's always free!
