Around our appointment time Erin who I assume was suppose to cut my hair said she was running behind and I said that was on but noticed my husband's cut wasn't scheduled and asked about it and was told they were scheduled together with a longer appointment time which is odd but I fine. Then 10 minutes later with her client waiting in the chair after they had been waiting at the sink Erin came out to color her clients hair which meant she was an hour plus behind not a little behind. When l asked about it she told me that she tried to call and when I didn't answer she took the color even though she knew I'd be in in less than 30 minutes with two cut. This is awful salon and time management and it turned out she is the manager so she should know better!
