This was the first time I ever had a professional color service done, but it won't be my last as long as Madisen's there! She gave me exactly what I wanted. She truly does great work and listens to what I want. I was a little nervous going in, but she did a great job making me feel comfortable and excited about my ideas. My hair turned out beautiful and I'm so glad i found her as a stylist. Thank you so much Madisen!!

The stylist finished my hair in less than 10 minutes, sectioned my hair into four sections and proceeded to do one snip for each portion... literally one snip.... which amounted to less than half inch. She actually pulled my hair up along the part and "pretended" to cut. There was nothing snipped. The stylist would not listen to my request. I believe the stylist was angry because I wouldn't allow her to do a curly cut. I told her a number of times that curly cuts do not work on my hair. But, frankly, if you can't even cut layers and blend correctly, why would I want a curly cut. I also had set an appointment and had to wait almost 30 minutes to meet with a stylist. Other things to note: I had to stand for her to cut my hair (?); no one was sweeping the floor or cleaning (yuck).
