My son thought that was part of the process. Who is the professional hair stylist here? Certainly, not the teenager sitting in the chair. The lack of accountability is my issue. I’ve had numerous perms in the 80’s and early 90’s, along with straightening procedures now, and not once did I leave injured. Seriously, how can a stylist not know this is happening? Do you not look down as you go? Why are you not engaging more with your client? Accidents happen, but this makes 0 sense. I’m not trying to make it bad for this stylist, but have accountability. How would you like it if this was done to you or your kids, if you have them? You are working with kids not familiar with this process. It’s your responsibility to make sure things are going as they should during the process. I’m sure you don’t want parents of older teens monitoring your every move as you style, so do your job, as I’m sure you were trained. For all of this, I had to ask for a discount. Disgrace.

Horrible communication, I asked for a blowout and my stylist didn’t know what it was so she just blow dried it straight. Said she would take like 3 inches off, took way more. If you like the length, layers, or even the look of your hair definitely don’t go there.
