- ESEd SaiJan 4, 20261.0Black older lady, short, chubby, shoulder length hair. , first chair on the left.Should have known I would get a messed up haircut when she put the cape on me then the white parchment paper over it( paper goes underneath between neck and cape). Asked for skin fade and 1.5 on top. Very simple not asking for much. Noticed her clippers were still full of hair from prior customers. Politely asked her if she could clean and sanitize before using them on my head. Fade was not even. About 1 inch area around my head was to skin and below that hair was longer. How does that happen? She stood in one place the entire time and just swiveled the chair around. Cut was rushed, stylist not properly trained and prepared. After finished she didn’t even clean off the hair properly. Didn’t use a blow dryer to blow off the hair. Just used a napkin to wiper my forehead. Didn’t realize the hack job until I got home and washed my hair and took a god look at the butcher job she did. Never again. A blind barber would have done a better job.

Then cuty sides short and left my back way to long. Other stylist around him were making weird faces and staring trying to coach him through. Absolutely do not recommend getting your haircut here if you don't want to look unserious.

He did not know how to use a curling iron properly or find one in the first place. Ends of hair were not curled and finished product looked worse than bedhead. Charged $58! Asked why so much, he replied because he had to use a curling iron! Isn't that part of wash and set?! Horrible experience. Will never go back. Not recommending this location. Save your money and time, go elsewhere or do it yourself.
