- ENElle Nelson2 days ago1.0it really seems to be that this salon doesn’t hire competent stylists. i asked for a long bob, and specifically remember pointing to my shoulder for a reference point. somehow my stylist interpreted that as “cut her hair right below her jaw.” i am absolutely livid. i spent years doing my own hair because of a distrust in salons but decided to treat myself on my already limited budget. additionally, my stylist could not have acted more disinterested in caring for my hair and yanked my head around during the shampoo and cut. it’s like she wanted to get me out of the salon as fast as possible so she could take another client in the slow salon. i will not even think of subjecting myself to this again. great clips needs to start being honest and advertising their poor quality instead of pretending they’re better than they truly are.

Just basic cuts (pixie cut- specifically asked to leave the length alone since they seem to get scissor happy everytime and turn my daughter's cute pixie into a boy cut) My husband came out looking like Billy Ray Cyrus when he had a mullet. By the way... he did not have a mullet before he went in and this was not what he asked for.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
