She achieved exactly what I asked for in cut length and was able to trim/fix the layers that had been poorly done by a previous stylist. I will definitely choose Terry for my next cut!

- ACA CAug 31, 20253.0My hair stylist was Linda. She was nice and I liked her work alright. My main complaint is that for Hair Cuttery I was so shocked by the price. She did quote me before hand and I accepted but for essentially a highlight / tone and a cut she charged me about $260. I thought the toner would have come with the highlight service. But it was likely separate. When I came in my hair was already short. I also wanted to use a general Hair Cuttery coupon which I should have been allowed to use but she told me she had to ask her manager about it. All in all, I should really have refused services after the price quote but wanted to warn others about the high cost of services.
