I suggest that you tell a stylist to NOT BOTHER certain clients (me) with upselling.** STYLIST REVIEW BASED ON HER SKILLS: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for Tran. Tran gives THE BEST perms ever. I used to come to her in the '90s when I was doing more perms. And now, I wanted another one and I'm so impressed. I was hesitant to perm the great haircut she gave me just a few weeks ago. I've been letting my hair grow out for a year and a half. Tran has given me two excellent haircuts in the past 6 months. I would never go to Hair Cuttery otherwise, because I've had many bad experiences over the many years. But I'll go to Tran. And I am kindly asking the manager to tell your stylists to know when a client is bothered by the upsell, and do not try to sell to that client. You're hurting your stylists. I would much prefer to give any additional monies as gratuity to my stylist. THANK YOU, TRAN. MY PERM IS PERFECT. 🎄
