  Isabella was the sweetest, asked the right questions about preference and skin type, was quick, patient, and skilled. I absolutely loved her look on my face! She did awesome. I am so very pleased, especially as a mom whose first event postpartum was a wedding and I just wanted to feel beautiful. Thank you Isabella!

  Sephora fair oak! I visited this store last weekend. but, it was not a good experience. The service was not as professional as before last year was all nice ladies , and the staff seemed inexperienced. I was disappointed because I expected better quality with 19-20 years old ladies it looks like they are out school or in school with no professional no training they got hired. The girl asked me do you know your skin tone or your skin color. I feel bad for the company to make money out there girls. I was not satisfied with my visit.

  I had a great experience at the Sephora in Fair Oaks Mall this past Saturday around 2 PM. The store was pretty busy, but the customer service was top tier. Three associates really went out of their way to help me — Seydi, Lauren, and Segol, who was working in the perfume area. I came in looking for another bottle of KayAli perfume (Leche), and even though it wasn’t out on the floor, they went to the back and found it for me. I also mentioned another item I couldn’t remember the name of, and as soon as I described it, they knew exactly what I was talking about and took me right to it. There were no long lines even for a Saturday, which I really appreciated, and the overall energy in the store was amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made my shopping experience really enjoyable. Because of this experience, I’m going to shop at this location from now on. Thank you, Seydi, Lauren, and Segol, for such amazing customer service!

  The worst Sephora experience I’ve ever had. I live far away from this location so I traveled a lot for my order. Prior to pickup, I placed an online order of all of the items I wanted and they were in stock on the app. I even called at 10:02am the morning of pickup (when they open at 10:00am) to confirm all of the items I wanted were in still stock. The person who I spoke with on the phone reassured me there shouldn’t be any issues with packing my order. To my surprise, I find out that 3 out of 4 of the items I wanted were out of stock. One of the managers told me there was a system error, but instead of empathizing with my inconvenience, I was met with so much disrespect for an issue THEY caused! I’m extremely disappointed, this situation was handled with so much incompetence and unprofessionalism.
