  The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were friendly and straightforward about what to expect. I did feel that pricing was on the higher side. I paid around $400 for both second lobe piercings and thats including the jewelry which I got yellow gold cubic zirconia for $80. Unfortunately, I had to come back because the second lobe piercing on my right ear was placed too close to my first piercing. I was told it was due to my anatomy, but since it was done with a piercing gun, I do think there’s a possibility it could have been placement error. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due, they re-pierced it for free and provided new jewelry at no charge, which I appreciated. The only downside now is that the spacing between my piercings isn’t perfectly symmetrical, as the new piercing sits slightly farther apart than the one on my left ear. Overall, the experience was mixed. The environment and staff were great, but for precision-based services like piercings, I would personally recommend going to a professional tattoo/piercing shop, as they tend to have more specialized expertise in placement for different anatomies.

  My 18 month old daughter went to get both ears pierced. The nurse was kind, courteous and friendly. Explained everything to us in the beginning. Fast forward a year later, my daughter lost one earring. We went back to the same location to pick out new earrings for her. Luckily the hole did not close up. Again, the nurse was very nice and gentle. The only downside are the prices of the earrings. Be ready to spend minimum $45-$75 earrings.

  They are very nice and will make sure you are comfortable. Nurse Amber was very kind and made a potentially stressful experience really fun.

  Recently, my daughter got her ears pierced at Rowan - Mosaic District, and Tonika was terrific! She took particular care to make sure the ear lobe piercings were symmetrical and that one wasn't higher than the other. My daughter didn't find the experience painful and is pleased with the result.
