  I got my hair done here and Eden was extremely rude and shaming me for my tangled hair, even though I was suffering from HG from pregnancy and she said, “That’s no excuse.” Literally made me cry as soon as soon as she was done. I’m at least thankful Eden tried to talk to the other stylists because she was unsure how to handle my hair, and one of the stylists suggested detangling. She was also ridiculing me for holding my stomach when I was having implantation cramps. Never coming back here again

  Worst front desk experience ever. Lady accuses that I get a haircut only with a coupon. Well, if we get a text message coupon on our phone why wouldn't we use it.

  Yesterday the Hair cuttery AI schedule me with a hair stylist Judy (I had txt confirmation proof); however, Judy claimed no knowledge of the appointment. She also claimed that the AI offer of 50 % off could not be honored. Thank goodness for Jane who was wonderful and gets credit for all the 5 stars given. If it wasn’t for her I would have left a 1 star rating. Jane listened to what I had to say. She also cut my hair as I requested while offering suggestions based upon her experience. If I go back to hair cuttery it will be because of Jane.

  Panerat did my hair WONDERFULLY. I came in unsure how I would make do with my hair, that I was originally unhappy with. Panerat was confident in her work, as was I. I went from brown with highlights to a beautiful blonde, just how I had asked. She was extremely understanding with me, and communicated clearly with me on what I wanted, as well as what she could do for me. I highly recommend you go to her for your hair! Thank you again Panerat and Hair cuttery!!

  I am patron of Hair Cuttery for over 30 yrs. When I walked to the fairlake’s store yesterday for a simple a quick haircut, the lady at the counter took a long time to sign me up asking for my phone number at least 4 times. Then came the haircut, her bad breath was nauseating, her manners were so abrupt and as she was trimming around my ear she clipped me few time causing me palpable pain. I was relieved that the cut was quick since I just needed a trim with number 2. Despite this bad experience I went ahead and tipped her 20%. As I turned to leave she was looking at her colleague smiling in a derogatory manner. No thank you no come back again. It was a surprisingly a horrible experience unlike what I experience before from the same store.
