  20251031 First of all, SAMARA WAS EXCELLENT!! My dermatologist recommended a facial cream that Sephora has. I hesitated initially coming here because of the bad reviews on customer service, and I needed an associate to help me during my visit. I didn't want to go to Fair Oaks Mall. I decided to take my chance. I found the product, selected a shade that I think matches my skin color, tried it on my entire face - they had testers, walked around the store to make sure I like it, and returned to Sephora. Samara was working on a display, and as soon as she saw me, she dropped what she was doing to help me. I asked her to confirm the shade I picked out, and she was so helpful in providing her opinion. She spent quite a bit of time, went way above and beyond, trying to locate my decade old Sephora account to ensure I will get my points. She told me about the Sephora product line. I am so pleased with Samara's assistance, and so thankful that I have such a great experience shopping here.

  I was lured in by a sweet sale on Laura Mercier tintied moisturizer at Sephora's website. To my disappointment, I found out the in store sales and online sales didn't match up. I was in the market to find a foundation that didn't mess with my combination skin, and luckily the sales associate, Sarah, was there to help. I left the store with a new moisturizer from Summer Friday's and a Patrick Ta foundation that I'm excited to put to the test. Moral of the story: always trust a girl who's makeup slays after a long workday!

  This was by far the BEST Sephora I have ever shopped at. The customer care was elite. I am leaving so happy with just enduring the amount of joy the girls working here had and were giving. They were so cheerful, helpful, and patient. I travel for work so unfortunately I don’t live here, this would be my permanent Sephora location. Thank you ladies Amma (hopefully I spelled that right) and Amy for all of your help and genuine kindness! Bless you ladies!
