I counted at least 6-8 associates in the store, and not ONE associate asked me did I need help etc… this isn’t the first time having this experience here either. The first time I pet an associate know, you would think they would get better at training. But when I’m leaving want to tell me have a good day!?? I wanted to get color matched, but an associate walked past me TWICE and other associates are by the makeup area talking. Other associates are not doing anything, but I see they help another lady willingly. They don’t want certain people inside or want to help you unless you look like you’re stealing. DO BETTER

We clearly looked like we needed help. There was a representative behind us going out of her way to avoid us. I finally sought found someone who passed us to Shaima. This woman clearly had zero desire to assist me and she made it plainly obvious. I wanted a color match and asked if she would use the phone. She said they don’t use that and she’s do the color match. I already knew based on her attitude it was going to be wrong. Despite me telling her I’d used the product before she still proceeded to over explain how the product worked. She then argued with me about using the product before bc my account didn’t show I’d made a purchase previously. Her behavior was disrespectful and we walked out. I’m far too old to be arguing with workers on what I have and have not purchased. My daughter apologized to me as we walked out, both of us completely baffled. This store will NEVER see a dime from me. I’ll travel back to my home state of NY to obtain proper respectful service from people that want to be helpful. Shaima needs to be disciplined.
