  Tonika was extremely courteous, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. This was my first time getting a piercing and she explained every step thoroughly and encouraged me throughout the process. She could probably tell I was nervous as soon as I walked in and was by my side the whole time. I love the black studs she suggested and am very happy with the whole experience.

  Amber is amazing!! We came to have my 12 year old’s ears repierced after a terrible mall piercing experience years ago that left her ears unable to heal and persistently infected. Amber was able to painlessly reopen the first piercing and get rid of scar tissue without needing to repierce her ears. My daughter was so anxious and it was over before she realized it had started. 10/10 would recommend and will return!

  Very clean and kid friendly. Great selection of earrings and in total, it cost about $130 with the earrings, which was about the same price as Claire's at the mall.

  Amber was amazing! She is friendly, professional, and efficient. When there was only one left of the earrings I wanted, she offered me the other pair I had been eyeing or to sterilize the display earring (and she warned that would take some time to do). Amber made my friend and I feel comfortable every step of the way. It was a great experience!

She explained placement options, healing times, jewelry materials, and what would work best for my anatomy without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she really cares about doing her work right, not just doing it quickly. During the actual piercing, Susan was unbelievably gentle. She checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable, walked me through each step, and had this way of making the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Her technique is precise and confident — you can immediately tell she’s experienced and takes pride in her craft. What could have been an anxious moment honestly felt like hanging out with someone who knows exactly what they’re doing and genuinely wants you to feel good about it. The results speak for themselves. My piercings are perfectly placed — symmetrical, flattering, and exactly what I hoped for. She made sure everything lined up beautifully with my other piercings and face shape, which I appreciated so much. Even afterward, she went over aftercare in a way that was actually helpful, not rushed like most places. She made sure I felt prepared and knew what to expect in the coming days and weeks. On top of being talented, Susan is just a great person. Friendly, patient, funny, and super professional. You can tell she loves what she does, and that energy makes the whole experience a thousand times better. It wasn’t just a piercing appointment; it was genuinely a great interaction with someone who takes pride in treating people well. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, go to Susan. Don’t even second-guess it. She’s the type of piercer who makes you feel safe, comfortable, and confident, and the final result is stunning.
