Heads up, it is expensive so expect to pay well over $100

The front desk staff was friendly but the nurse who was helping with the piercing was super condescending when I came in concerned about my baby’s piercing. I came looking for advice because her earring is super long and has gotten caught on things, and I was treated like I was asking something completely ridiculous. She told me that “some parents” might not be ready for piercings, when all I wanted was to see if there was a way to get a safer earring for my child. She tried to change it out for us, and said she did so to “make me happy,” but was unable to change it because it was still healing. If that’s the case, she should have emphasized it was not a good idea to change it, which she didn’t. I obviously was concerned about my child’s safety, not my happiness. She is the “professional” and we were there for her advice, but we were met with an attitude instead. I also had to tell her to clean the earring before putting it back on my baby. Definitely do not recommend coming here unless you want to be disregarded and spoken to like you’re incompetent.

Piercings start at $35 each + the cost of piercing jewelry.
What piercing placements do you offer?
Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
Do you accept cash?
We are a cashless studio.
