  I had gotten my helix pierced years ago and it NEVER healed so flash forward a few years I wanted to get it pierced again. Amber was amazing doing my piercing! I only had swelling for a few days and after that didn’t feel anything. My downsizing also went so smooth! Highly recommend coming here for piercings!

  The good: The actual piercing service was great. The nurse who pierced my ears did a very good job with my two lobe piercings. She was professional, gentle, and explained the cleaning process thoroughly. I felt confident and safe with her work, and I was happy with the quality of the piercing itself. The bad (and why I won’t return): The business practices are disappointing. First, the website states that first-time customers receive a 10% off code for their first jewelry purchase, but the store told me something completely different when I asked. Second, when the nurse recommended using their cleaning solution, I assumed it was included as part of the service. It was not clearly disclosed that it cost $20, and I only found out at checkout. The most frustrating part was the tipping system. During checkout, you are prompted to tip, with the claim that 100% goes to the nurse. However, the tip is calculated based on the total amount spent, including the piercing fee, the cleaning solution, and the expensive jewelry you personally select. In my case, that included hundreds of dollars for earrings I picked myself. Tipping based on jewelry purchases—where no additional service is provided—is unreasonable and feels misleading. Yes, you can manually select a different tip amount (which I did), but watching another customer ahead of me hesitate at the checkout screen made it very clear how much psychological pressure is built into the system to push people into tipping more than they intend. Overall, while the nurse did an excellent job, the business model feels money-driven and manipulative. I would not return, and I would caution others to ask very clear questions about pricing, add-ons, and tipping before committing.
