Shelby at the front desk is one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever spoken to—she made everything easy and welcoming. The owner is also incredibly nice and clearly cares about the customer experience. Andy, the technician who did my lashes, was outstanding. He’s skilled, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. There was a small miscommunication at first, but the entire team handled it so graciously and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I left feeling happy and confident. I highly recommend Jolie Lash Studio to anyone looking for quality service and genuine care.

When I first got my lashes done, they looked nice, but I usually love a more dramatic, full look. After I got home, I realized I wanted them fuller, so I reached out to them. They responded right away and kindly invited me to come back in at 1, free of charge. They were so understanding and never made me feel judged. I really appreciated how professional, sweet, and accommodating they were. Highly recommend!
