Front desk was very kind and friendly, the place was so clean and relaxing and Andy has officially become my favorite person in the world. My lash lift turned out amazing, going above my expectations, and the conversation was equally as great! Can’t wait to come back again. Never going anywhere else again. Shelby at the front desk is one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever spoken to—she made everything easy and welcoming. The owner is also incredibly nice and clearly cares about the customer experience. Andy, the technician who did my lashes, was outstanding. He’s skilled, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. There was a small miscommunication at first, but the entire team handled it so graciously and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I left feeling happy and confident. I highly recommend Jolie Lash Studio to anyone looking for quality service and genuine care.
