I’m so happy with my hair! The color is beautiful, the cut is perfect, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I felt listened to and well taken care of, and I absolutely love how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

My stylist was very sweet and talkative. New as a stylist, six months or so. My color was done well. My shampoo was lack luster at best. I prefer a shampoo where they scrub your head and side of head. Really get in and shampoo. This was not the case more of a pat and rub type shampoo/conditioner. Blow dry was good although a tad long.
I would definitely use this stylist again, however I would explain what I expect.

This was my first time at this salon and I am extremely disappointed. The lady who was sitting at the front was not nice or welcoming. She looked as if she couldn’t care less about the business and customers. The stylist who cut my hair did a subpar job. She only cut the back of my hair but never bothered to even touch the sides nor the front. Total lack of effort and care. I genuinely have no idea as to why people review this business so well. Paid $48 before tip for the service.

I have been here three times within the last six months and every single time I come, I asked for the same thing and I get a different price. They always charge extra because I have long hair but the last time I went in, I got a shampoo and conditioner, blowout with the curl brush And trim and it was $70. Pam was very good and told me ahead of time the additional cost. Today I went in and asked for a blowout and styling with the curl brush, which is what I booked online and said it was $31 but when I called I was told I would get charged $12 extra making it 43 total however when I went in and confirmed that I was getting just a styling and blowout, no trim And then told the stylist that as well. She told me she could do curling with a curling iron but never told me there was an additional charge or that it would be any different from the last time even though I didn’t get a trim this time! I get up there and she tries to charge me $85 for just blow dry and curling and throwing all of these extra fees because of my long hair That I was not warned about ahead of time nor was I told it would be $42 for curling of my hair which I would never have gotten done. I just asked for the curling brush styling. She did a good job with the curling iron, but I am so upset that she did not tell me about these extra charges and that they charge a different time every time you come no matter what you get and try and throw in several extra charges for having long hair. It is ridiculous and I will not be going back. Do not recommend.

This was hands down the worst blowout I’ve ever had. The price listed on the website did not match what I was told in person, which already raised concerns. The stylist used a blow dryer without a concentrator nozzle, did not dry my roots at all, and showed no understanding of basic blowout fundamentals. She then insisted on applying hair oil directly to my roots to “reduce frizz,” which I had to say no to because all it would have done is make it greasy on my hairtype. I left with zero volume, visibly frizzy hair, and had to put my hair into a ponytail immediately. When I raised concerns, I was blamed and told my hair texture was the issue I have medium fine hair, which is one of the easiest hair types to blow-dry. This experience raises serious concerns about the training and qualifications of the staff. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the money.
