I acknowledge that I should’ve spoken up when she started blow drying my hair but to be charged for two additional things I didn’t schedule my appointment for, all the fast talking as well, that they were giving you some deal on something. It was just an overall scammy experience.

I just wanted two inches off and a bit of face framing. she told me two and a half inches is better, I said no because I just wanted two inches off strictly with even face framing. She cut my hair at the hair wash station. Red flag #1. Red flag #2 was her cutting 4 inches instead of 2 like I asked. She left my hair so botched I cried for a week because there is no way. She played with my hair. Every single section of hair is so uneven. I hadn’t cut my hair in over a year and 4 months. Thank you Jackie.
