I have very heavy/long hair that I’ve been told is very frustrating to manage. She only mentioned it to offer advice on managing it and to make it look best. She was very gentle but thorough in washing and drying my hair, I love how it turned out. Thank you so much, I’m looking forward to coming back again soon!

Pulled my hair and its so painful. I booked classic blowout but i was charged for deluxe at the end. My hair is rough and curly which needs gentle care and a-lot of patience to blow dry where it takes a-lot of time but she was too harsh on my hair and very impatient. Disappointed so much. At least i expect a minimum relaxation for these kinds of pamper sessions after paying so much. I am so upset with the service.
