- SMSusan Markham6 days ago1.0MY HAIR WAS BUTCHERED. I had an appointment for a keratin treatment and cut. She took me to the bo, did a wash and a “treatment”. Then back to her station and asked me if I wanted my hair dried. I was confused because my hair was not straight and this was supposed to be a nearly 3 hr long appointment. I asked about the treatment and said my hair is not straight and it is wet- and she said she did the treatment. I said again that my hair is not straight and is really short. After back and forth she said she can’t do straightening treatments- which is what my appointment was for. She started asking other stylists if they had time and through that we found out I was not suppose to be with her at all! I was supposed to be with Lili- who had been waiting on me. Lili couldn’t fix this. She could do the treatment but couldn’t fix this awful cut. I was crying in the salon. I do not want to be seen in public, I don’t want to feel this way. This stylist- who I wish I could remember her name (she and everyone in there Sunday know who it is) has financially and emotionally put me in an awful position. My haircut is AWFUL. It’s embarrassing. And It cannot be fixed without just going shorter and shorter. this awful haircut isn’t even- my hair was butchered. The only way to make this bearable is extensions while it grows out. An over $1k expense I have never thought of or planned for. I cannot keep my hair behind my hairs- I can’t keep it pinned back for work. I’ve cancelled our family photos, I’m supposed to be in a wedding. THIS IS EMBARRASSING. I’ve had bad cuts before- but I’ve never been embarrassed to be seen in public or cried over hair. Day 3- and I’m still feeling the same as when I left. First photo was inspiration photo. I can wash my hair tomorrow, and I’m hopeful the treatment worked well- but the cut- ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IVE EVER HAD. I’ve called and talked to the manager- no help. Have a call in to someone higher- still no call back.
