Because of her hair length and texture, the stylist let me know upfront that the service would be $100, which was $31 more than the original price, and I agreed to that. However, at checkout I was charged $110. While her hair does look beautiful, what we asked for was a trim with long layers, and she ended up losing about four (possibly five) inches of length. For healthy long hair, that’s much more than a trim. My daughter also said her scalp was hurting because the stylist was using her nails to massage her scalp while washing her hair. Overall, the result looks nice, but I don’t feel the experience or outcome was worth $110.
