  It started with an out of date coupon currently on the website the salon would not accept.i got 1 service/ partial highlight. Over 5hrs. It was like being at the beauty college but with high prices. She kept hitting me in the head either the comb, re- bleached the highlights and kept bumping the chair into the person next to me. The beauty college would have been betters Terrible experience. My hair looks okay/ but it’s not worth the time and poor customer service.

  I am very pleased with my experience at BUBBLES Salons. Prices are reasonable and you get great service. My hair stylist was LUDI and she did an amazing job on muy hair.

  I came in last week for a brown base with a balayage and a trim with some layers, which (including tip) I paid $413 for. The stylist, Abi, gave me highlights that were a green-yellow color, my roots and base were still black, and the bottom half of my highlights still had a red tinge from previously used red dye on the bottom half. I had my hair down my back and agreed to about three inches cut off and I had about double cut off so it’s now up to my mid back/waist. The face framing layers I asked for looked like they were cut horizontally instead of the downwards motion they do, but were hidden in the curls I was given. I was really upset after coming home (took 7 hours) and closely seeing all the mistakes that were made. Shortly after, I called them asking if a redo or a refund could be done and they agreed to do a redo the next day. Rocio was the one who decided to take care of my hair the next day and was being completely honest with me, which is what I appreciated. She told me she now couldn’t do what I originally asked for because of all that was done the day before, the test strand also looked really bad. I was disappointed, especially with how much time and money went into it. Rocio as well as the manager, Kelly, gave me a full refund, redid my hair to the best of their ability, gave me some products to use at home, and only charged me for a haircut and blowout. I was also offered to have treatments done so that my hair could improve over time and I’ll be ready for the balayage I wanted later on. I ended up with reddish-brown hair that masked the mistakes and had gotten the layers I wanted. Even though I wasn’t able to get the results I wanted, I appreciate the effort they have made and I will go back to Rocio next time I want my hair done :)

  “If I could give her 6 ⭐️ I would” - my son after Angel gave him a perm. I’ve been going to Angel for a while and love the cut/colors I get. When my son wanted to experiment with his hair she was the o my person I felt comfortable taking him to. We will keep going here to see her and you should too!

  Great hair cuts! Sneaky business model... performed a deep conditioning treatment on a 21 year old male with very short hair. Seriously!? Stated that the treatment was 'no charge' and then charged him $52 which was more than the price of the haircut. The first time we chalked it up to an 'accident' the second time this is no accident. This is unprofessional and dishonest! I sure hope it was worth it to take advantage of your customer - two customers lost as a result!
