  I got highlights turned out fine but some Asian lady there that did it was so rough with my hair using hot water on head, brushing hard and feel the dryer was too hot to my head made my experience less enjoyable. I’ll stick with the one on Daniel Stuart even tho I went here because it was in Dumfries closer to me. But sorry to say I can’t come anymore and it was my first time to get highlight I was hoping more blond but I left without saying anything.

  I booked a simple $24 buzz cut for my dad who is 89 years and barely had any hair. The cut took like 5-10 mins. The barber/stylist Lilly charged me $32 for a "signature" cut that included shampoo+conditioner. He was never offered that, HE BARELY HAS ANY HAIR! And when I told her that I booked a $24 buzz cut, all she said that that was their price, never mentioned anything about a "signature" cut. Don't go to this place unless you like throwing money away.

  I’ve been going to my hairdresser Leng for over 12 years, and she’s truly amazing. She understands my hair better than anyone and always knows what will look best on me. She’s very gentle, precise, and takes her time to make everything perfect. My highlights always come out soft, natural, and beautifully blended, and my haircut keeps its shape even as it grows out, which I really appreciate. She has a great eye for modern, flattering styles, and I always trust her recommendations. I leave every appointment feeling confident, polished, and so happy with my hair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else—highly recommend!

  Great haircut! Except for the obvious hustle job when one stylist quoted me $8 for a beard trim and then when I got to the register, the Asian lady with the face mask whom I can hardly understand what she says told me it would be - $17! - and then had pretty pathetic customer service and just kept making excuses why I should pay the $17 and not the $8 that I was quoted. Otherwise, I would probably return, just not request that stylist.
