Once I was taken back, I asked if my hair would be washed, and they said yes. But after my hair was already wet, TJ asked if I wanted it shampooed, which felt unnecessary at that point. I had booked the deluxe updo, which specifically included curling iron use (something I needed since I have thick hair), and didn’t even finish with hairspray. When it came time to pay, I was charged extra for both using the curling iron and for having “extra long hair.” The service did not match what was advertised. Definitely will not be returning.
