  I've been going to Kim for over two years, and I couldn't be happier. She consistently listens to what I want, gives thoughtful advice, and somehow my hair always turns out even better than I imagined. She's professional, talented, and truly cares about her clients. I trust her completely with my hair - and that says everything!

  The stylist who trimmed my hair did a good job, but the receptionist at the desk had very little professionalism by not informing me that the stylist was in the back and running behind. I was the only customer there and when I asked her about the stylist running behind since it was 15 minutes past my scheduled time she responded with a short and rude “yes” with no explanation. After payment the stylist did not saying anything friendly like have a nice day just handed me the receipt . They need to learn how to talk to customers with professionalism and curiosity.

  The young lady that did my hair did a really good Job of trimming my ends.What I do find concerning is that at any time as an African-American woman I go into a Hair Cuttery those who are not African-American tend to stare, but it makes me wonder where all the African-American stylists in each and every Hair Cuttery?

  My gray was not fully covered and I was charged for conditioning and I did not request it nor was I told it was being applied and was being charged. The stylist who colored my hair in December fully colored my hair and the grays and it lasted. Today is one week since I got my hair done.
