As I arrived for my appointment, I was told I needed to wait. Ended up being 10 minutes past my appointment time when I got back to the shampoo bowl, I noticed she was really tired seem rundown . (Very young pretty blonde.) I asked the girl to give an aggressive shampoo, a deep shampoo, which massages the head makes your scalp feel really good and clean. She said no I do not do aggressive shampoos. I only do light ones. Iwas told im very gentle! As she was wetting my head and I raised my neck a little bit, kept it against the bowl so she could get to the back of my hair and she told me to put my neck down I told her I needed her to get the back of my hair wet. She said no , She said it’ll drain down. So when she reached for the shampoo, I took the wet hair and wet the hair at the lower back of my head were the hair that was still dry. Then she went to shampooing very lightly never shampooed the last 3 inches of the lower hair toward my neck, never washed or rinsed it so if the shampoo that drained down on it as she said it would, it never got rinsed out ! Then we go to her station I dried the top of my hair went to hand her the towel with no response, She brushed my hair out and was telling me she was done and I said it’s gotta be put back up in a ponytail . I was never Offered to be blow dry it and it was only 38° outside so I did not say anything. She laid the hairbrush on the counter. Stood waiting on me to put my hair up. I’ve never had that happen. They always put my hair up in a ponytail, they never even question it. Then I get to the counter to pay and handed her the money And when she rings it up, she lays my money on the counter not to me as I get ready to walk away. She went to say something about my money, and I told her it was hers and I left I tried to stay positive as each thing happened that the next phase would be different nope I was like ok . I left with dripping water coming out of my hair . I bit my tongue the whole time . You all sent this review to me and here it is . Sorry 😢 It was sopose to be a enjoyable experience!
