  1st time going here. Elizabeth was my stylist. Just had a simple haircut cut and beard trim. She was very professional and hair looked 100 times better when she was done

  I had and appointment with Lizzy she was super friendly and helped me embrace my curls today. She really talked me through how much hair she was going to cut off and made sure I was okay with it before even starting to cut my hair super happy with how I left. Thank you Lizzy.

  UPDATE: 3/21/26 (A little over a month since haircut) ●In response to my previous review, I have made several attempts to contact the salon management. I have spoken with both Julianna and Donna, but unfortunately, I have not yet received a return call. I feel as though my concerns have been ignored. It's like they're saying 'Not my problem'. This situation lacks accountability As a woman, be careful. If you're a walk-in. Think again. If you've never been here, go somewhere else. ● Originial: Worst haircut. I'm going to have to wear a hat in public for a long time. When I sat down, I provided a photo of what I wanted which was the original cut and I asked for the clippers to be used on the sides and back. I went over my hair texture (curly), how it lays and what I wanted in the end. I asked for it to be a little shorter on the top, the bangs to go to my eyebrows (at least) and the back & sides I wanted her to use clippers. I told the stylist that my normal stylist used a #2 but I asked her to start with a #3 (we can always cut off more later.) The clippers were either dull or dirty because it pulled the entire time but she didn't seem to notice. The top of my head looks like she put on a bowl and just chopped away. There's gaps where it looks like hair is missing and/or not blended. Bangs...what bangs? Remember I said I have curly hair? So the 'bangs' were cut to about an inch but shrink to nothing. Lastly, the sides, I don't know if the clippers pulled my hair out or what happened but I have bald spots. It's hard to see in some of the pics because of hair color. I've had a couple of bad cuts in my life when my hair was long, those were easy fixes. My hair is too short to even try to fix. I don't know what to do.
