  The worst haircut. I'm going to have to wear a hat in public for a long time. When I sat down, I provided a photo of what I wanted which was the original cut and I asked for the clippers to be used on the sides and back. I went over my hair texture (curly), how it lays and what I wanted in the end. I asked for it to be a little shorter on the top, the bangs to go to my eyebrows (at least) and the back & sides I wanted her to use clippers. I told the stylist that my normal stylist used a #2 but I asked her to start with a #3 (we can always cut off more later.) The clippers were either dull or dirty because it pulled the entire time but she didn't seem to notice. The top of my head looks like she put on a bowl and just chopped away. There's gaps where it looks like hair is missing and/or not blended. Bangs...what bangs? Remember I said I have curly hair? So the 'bangs' were cut to about an inch but shrink to nothing. Lastly, the sides, I don't know if the clippers pulled my hair out or what happened but I have bald spots. It's hard to see in some of the pics because of hair color. I've had a couple of bad cuts in my life when my hair was long, those were easy fixes. My hair is too short to even try to fix. I don't know what to do.

  One of the most time consuming experiences of my life. After roughly 5 rescheduled hair appointments (that I was not contacted for, but rather found out the day of when checking in at the counter) the manager claims to have contacted me about - another reschedule - as she booked another client at the same time and would not be in at the scheduled time. I have 0 phone records, emails, texts to signify that to be true. Maybe she sent a carrier pigeon that migrated further south. Overall, unless you want communication like your ex husband, or none at all - don't come here. Go anywhere else. If you have a stylist you have been with - they seem to do well. If you are not acquainted, you may not be for another 6 to 8 reschedules.

  One hour late on scheduled appointment. SUGGESTION: JC Penny...contract out KIOSK for check in. Every good business has one!

  I had Miss Nancy do my hair. She's very fast, efficient, and thorough. I always leave looking gorgeous and the style lasts a long time. I highly recommend her services.

  I went in yesterday, 17 November, for a retwist. I was so disappointed in the end result. You cannot see the parts, its not neat and it looks as if my hair has been retwisted for two weeks already. Money and time down the drain. If something is not your specialty then don’t do it for the money. If I could give it zero stars I would. I would not recommend!
