  Loved my experience this weekend with Ms. Z. I’m obsessed with how soft and how great my hair smells. 10/10 experience! It was also great watching all the stylist interact with their customers top tier service and knowledge.

  Te’nere was so amazing! This was my first time going to a salon in the states, and she did not disappoint. I get scared getting my hair done because people dont do it right lol or even the cut but she was great! I just went back to my natural color but she really listened to what I wanted, even when it came to the cut. She made me feel so comfortable with telling her what I wanted done and I can tell she didnt want to disappoint either! Our conversation was also great! I didnt feel awkward lol or anything. She was also super good on time!!! So thankful I was able to get seen last minute due to another stylist having to cancel my appointment because of unforeseen personal circumstances(which is totally understandable). Thank you again Te’nere! Would definitely go back.

  Login system didn't work and stylist on duty didn't seem to understand what a short fade was. Decided to go somewhere else

  I had a terrible experience here. After being forgotten in the waiting area, I received what I can only describe as the worst haircut of my life. I asked for blended layers and brow-length bangs; instead, I got choppy, boxy layers and bangs that sit in the middle of my forehead. The stylist (who never gave her name) also chopped into the top layer of my hair to 'thin' it, leaving me with breakage everywhere. I even showed photos and asked if she was comfortable with the request beforehand. The lack of skill and professionalism was shocking.

  I had a 12:30 appointment at Hair Cuttery and checked in both on the computer and with a stylist. I was told it would be “just a couple of minutes.” That was not true. Over the next 40 minutes, multiple walk-ins were taken immediately while I continued to sit there waiting, despite having an appointment. Every time I asked how much longer it would be, I was brushed off with “just a couple more minutes,” with no real explanation and a very rude, dismissive attitude. To make things worse, the entire time I was there, another customer was left with foils in their hair and was never checked on or acknowledged. The overall lack of professionalism and awareness was shocking. By the time yet another walk-in was taken ahead of me, I stood up and asked—again—when they planned to take me. I made an appointment specifically so I would not be treated like a walk-in. Only then did they suddenly say they could take me “right now,” but after being ignored and disrespected for 40 minutes, I walked out. This location clearly does not respect appointments or customers’ time and was outright rude the entire experience. If appointments don’t matter, don’t offer them. I will not be returning.
