- SWStacey Walton2 days ago2.0Friendly hairdresser but would not listen to me on how short I wanted my hair to be cut. After the 3rd time I was like whatever. My hair in the back has like 3 different lengths with about 2 inches between layers.

I understood that there were only 2 staff members there. Instead of them getting the clients in and out they wanted to stop and swap stories of nothing pertaining to work which made the wait longer. Horrible experience!!!
- ABAshley BurtonFeb 17, 20261.0I'm not going to embarrass my son by putting his hair cut picture up. But holy crap did this location absolutely TANK. How the stylist could send him out the way she did is absolutely insane to me. I told her to do 3 on the sides and scissor cut it down alot as his hair was super long. She barely took anything off. (Partially cause she listened to my son who isn't good at explaining what he likes.) I mentioned that it looked horrible, he shrugged and said eh its decent. But since he's had more time to actually look at it, he's found so many flaws, and is so embarrassed. It looks like your typical bowl cut, but with everything jacked up. He has not had many good experiences with any Great Clips, but this one absolutely took the cake for worlds worst hair cuts. Neckline uneven, around ears look bad, botched layers. 10/10 would not recommend this location, or any Great Clips for that matter. 🫣 **Also an after thought. It wasnt just my son's stylist. There was another gentleman that walked out and his back of his hair was a MESS. They butchered his cut as well. Poor guys stuff was rough.**

She proceeded to cough the entire time while spraying lysol into the air. I didnt notice in the store how messed up my hair was because she used about half a can of hairspray and combed it to the side. Had to have my wife fix it before returning to work. I will never be returning to any great clips ever again. Do better Connie.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
