  Was totally ignored by staff (3 working, 1 other customer in store). Found product I came in for and went to the register, the cashier continued to ignore me standing there then finally asked another person to ring me up and walked away. Another employee came and I move to her register. I believe she is new as she asked another employee to watch her do the transaction. The item was rung up and I was asked for my email, I declined, they refused to scan my Sephora card. They then insisted they could do the transaction without my phone and email. I explained I just wanted to purchase the item and go but they still refused to allow me to pay and go without my email address. I gave a fake one, they then asked me to give them the confirmation code in the email. I made up some random numbers and suddenly they could process the transaction to let me pay. I was using tap to pay but was told I could not tap and would have to insert the card. Stupidly I did because frankly I just wanted to the transaction to be done so I could move on about my day. Later that night my daughter asked if I had just been at Walmart because she was getting texts about card used. We’ve had to cancel the card and order a new one. Maybe the card thing is a coincidence but the experience trying to make a purchase is enough for me not to return to this location.

  Stopped in for a Christmas wish list, I don't typically shop here. They made it so easy for me to find everything on my list and explained everything. They even had a sale at time that I had no idea, so saving a percentage OFF...was a nice Christmas gift to consumers. I even picked up the $20 hand sanitizer sprays for $7. Holiday scents. I absolutely will be back. The Sephora Men's sample cologne that comes with a voucher for a full size bottle, is by far the best deal! $125 cologne for $78 after coupon!

  It wasn't the experience I was hoping for. The ladies seemed annoyed that they have to go to the back to retrieve product. It's not the customer service I'm used to at lynnhaven Mall. However, the good thing was that the perfume was $10 less. They could use a little work in the JOY department

  So I gave only 4 because I'm still little salty about it moving from greenbrier to sams circle. But besides that the best part about Sephora was a worker named Sarah. She was awesome with helping me get everything I needed. She was busy stocking and there were two other employees there that day but I went to her because she was was most knowledgeable and had no issue taking her time with me. Give Sarah a raise!!!!!!
